Poyet just comes across as such a naturally positive person...

Nicknamed "Radio" due to his constant chatter, such a infectious personality, how much has he been a factor in our upturn???

As much as Chris Hughton was liked & did a good job, just think Poyet has such a up-beat personality, it can't fail to infect the whole squad

Where management is concerned sometimes it's 'horses for courses'.
Ramos is tactically astute but appears somewhat introverted. Poyet, on the other hand, seems to have the brains of a saveloy but passion in buckets. Combine the two and you get the perfect combination.

Getting in Ramos was a good decision by Commolli/Levy, but getting in Ramos and Poyet was a masterstroke.

Easy call to go after Ramos, a higly rated coach

But whoever earmarked Gus for a role.............. that man deserves a medal :)

This win is dedicated to my best and dearest mate, Sam. A Chelsea fan, who bought a dog and called it Gus in tribute to his favourite player, about a month before being sold to us. A Chelsea fan with a Spurs dog, isn't that just perfect?

For the record, Gus the dog was ever present today and joined in wholeheartedly with my celebrations.

Loved his post-match interview...

Q: What was the key tactic today?

Gus: "Be better than them...

...& we were."

As much as people went on about Wise, Leeds went down the swanny when Poyet left & that speaks volumes to me. Leeds have a better squad than any other league 1 team but Poyet was the man that got them playing, he's done the same for us, with Ramos' oversight.

Poyet is a great guy He's happy and has so much personality!

It was lovely to see his, and Ramos' hard work paying off today. Let's remember that these guys put in the hours behind the scenes, not just with the extra training session themselves, but with the planning of the training and so on.
