We should have agreed some ridiculous add-ons for Kane. We knew he is better than anyone else seemed to appreciate and he will shatter all the records in the Bundesliga, while giving BM a major boost in terms of profile and shirt sales etc. I know Bayern aren't exactly a low profile club, but Kane is another level and as the England captain was a real coup for them.

He's starting to look like a real bargain for them, and that pisses me off :grumpy:
They have a bigger turnover than Real Madrid, PSG, Barcelona and Man City this year and were lowballing us…it’s an absolute joke of a deal for them. €95m is laughable for todays market…I think Levy really underestimated Bayerns purchasing power because they’re German but they‘re staked with money. God knows why…

I get the necessity to sell Harry Kane, considering the circumstances.
In hindsight, taking a bit more time in the negotiations might have worked in our favor.
Bayern's evident desperation for Kane could have potentially been leveraged to secure a way more lucrative deal in the region of £120m…when a club is as keen as Bayern seemed to be, playing a strategic waiting game might have prompted them to sweeten the pot considerably.

The City saga and the episode of H missing training of course did feel like a gut punch, and a part of me died in that moment.
But watching him go on to have this fantastic season was like a resurrection of sorts.
Disagree massively. Every presser Ange did it was Harry Kane first and foremost, it needed sorting and given that he said he wasnt signing a new contract and that he had made up his mind up he wanted to go when Bayern came in we got what we got. We are not privy to the deal and frankly the optics can never be believed unless you have seen the contract. Hes gone, we have moved on and I love the new Tottenham.

Many of us have been on the forum for many years in in that time, there have been a few troll accounts and that's why people get suspicious.
Romario was the most recent and a rather strange bloke who invented a whole alternate persona on here, for reasons known only to himself.
People don't like to be fooled, so are naturally suspicious of new members that speak strongly or openly.

With that being said, take a while to explore the forum. Have a look and get involved in some of the other threads as there's good stuff in here and not just football related.

It's always a bit quiet during an international break because Southgate sends us all to sleep but wait for the transfer window, then you're in for a ride!
Just make sure you read the rules when they open that section because it's stricter than the rest of this place. 👍
He’s definitely a troll mate

He's only gone and scored again - 18 goals (and counting) in 12 games. That's half a hat-trick in every game.

Just seen that Bayern are playing live, so I thought I’d bang it on to watch Harry, literally the second I put it on, he scores

His long balls to Sane and Coman are ridiculous. Honestly surprised that he still drops down that deep but then again when you look at the pace of their wingers it makes quite sense.

Has scored more than Lewandowski did in his first season with Bayern already. It's November.

Commentary has driven me mad. They knew he was quality and would score goals but wouldn't have known he would score so many to threaten Lewandowski. Well that's the jist of it.

Waaay too good for the Bundesliga.

But it's better than seeing him in another shirt in England...

Watching the game, it was clear that many of us couldn't help but wish Harry was still wearing our colors. The sentiment is understandable, given his impact and legacy. However, let's channel that energy into supporting the current squad and trusting the process Ange is leading. Our journey continues, and with unity and belief, we'll overcome challenges. COYS!

It's just one of the things you got accustomed to. Kane's an amazing player for many reasons but what makes him and the likes of Haaland, Ronaldo, Benzema and Suarez elite is that clinical streak - they'll be where you need them to be and they'll get it done. It's a shame that we hadn't seen good attacking football with him at the spearhead for so long, and this year you really could've seen it, but you can't make anyone stay who doesn't want to. We'll be alright.
