I think in the article he's saying that was their offer on Friday (referring to their latest offer)?

My interpretation is that when people are talking of the £25m difference, it's more likely towards last Monday's offer. Friday seems to be more like £10m and structure etc?

I agree. But at the same time I don't think replacing kane with two unknown £15m and £25m strikers will go down well with the wider fanbase. It'll be seen as the cheap option and a lack of ambition.

If Levy lets Kane goes he'll know he needs to make a splash with the funds.
