The levy apologists are out in force. Utd dropping 70plus mill on a striker and 60 on an am in the same window without blinking whilst wanting the ownership out. Us selling a generational talent and filling a position we should have signed 3 years ago.
So, you are now comparing us to a club who make a lot more than us?

If people are calm, then they are levy apologists?

Again, its another thread being railroaded into a levy debate.

If we keep kane, and he goes on a free, you'll be the first to talk about how it's amateurish that we've let him go on a free. I get the impression that you talk a lot about how things should be done, what experience do you have in running such organisations?

Hate the fact that Fabrizio Romano has more info on all of this than the ITK on this forum. The silence is deafening from you guys…have u even got a whisper for us? 🙏🏽
Im not sure there is any ITK about that will make anyone happy and not cause the forum to crash and burn. So I reckon ITK's are keeping their info to themselves.

Fab has no new information on this. He just uses all the same information but just words it differently everytime he tweets something.

If Kane leaves next year he’ll be 31. If he was 25/26 and was about to leave for free then I’d be concerned. Having Kane here until he’s 31 then leaving on a free feels ok to me. He’s saved us paying 100s of millions on forwards so we’ve recouped the money in my eyes. Plus we get another year of one of the greats.

It will cost about £20 mill to keep him for the season.

No doubt it helps if you can just make stuff up. And can play the same trick with every club that's out there.

Only thing that concerns me is that we seem to be in a position where we HAVE to sell Kane to sign 2 CB’s that we should’ve been signing regardless of whether he leaves or not.

How can a club of our size and stature still be in a financial state where we need to sell a player for £80+ million just to sign players of the same value? Keeping in mind that Villa are signing players without any major sales.

This week will be interesting, I’m sure we will have more clarity by the end of it.

I think we're all pretty much here at the moment. We also desperately need someone who has any sort of ability to sell players that we don't want anymore. 😕

Game changer for Levy and Lewis when they sell. Debt secured against the club and maximum return for them. Same with the hotel, go kart track etc.
