I like it
Bit off-topic but always liked Khedira and would really like us to get a midfielder like him in summer - someone who is flexible and can play box to box or defensive midfield flawlessly.
Players like him are like gold dust.
we have never been blessed with academy strikers so not expecting much
I just entered this thread for the 1st ever time and i have to say i love the opening post.
Who would have known how he would turn out?
Could he turn out to be our best ever player? Big call i know.
o fo
He is a championship player at best, actually reminds me of ginger pele and Raziak.
Fair points.Think it depends on how long he stays with us. If he left us within the next 2 years or so then i would say no.
If he's still with us until he's in his 30s and he's still banging them in then there is a very strong chance he'll be our best ever player.
Garth said:There can be no doubt about the quality of Harry Kane's headed finish for Tottenham's winning goal against Arsenal.
Kane's ability to retain possession in tight situations and bring his team-mates into the picture was also quite outstanding. Add in his overall work-rate for the team and his goals-per-game ratio and you are left asking yourself: can Spurs really expect to keep this player without winning a trophy in return?
It is therefore incumbent on chairman Daniel Levy to bring in the players who don't merely flirt with the Premier League title but can actually win it.
Spurs have clearly demonstrated in the past two weeks against Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal that they can compete with the best. They now have to start winning trophies. The FA Cup would be a good start but to keep the teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid and - dare I say it - Manchester United at bay, particularly in light of a rapidly fading Romelu Lukaku, Spurs must start winning the titles and preferably next season.
Kane deserves nothing less.
Man is a fool. Says Aguero should win Footballer of the Year because he has been most consistent player for the past five years. It's not footballer of the past 5 years, you twat.Look at this shit from Garth Crooks in his team of the week article.

More than half of the piece about Kane is about how he will need to leave. No one else got that treatment. Its bollocks.
