Really?
They are paying Jordan Henderson 700 k a week ?

Have you seen the crowd attendance

It’s just a load or oil rich idiots pissing away money that could be better spent, the Saudi league will fail
There is a big difference between Jordan Henderson, former England captain, Liverpool MainStay and consumate professional and....well Tanguy Ndombele.

Yes, The crowd attendances are poor because the league is not developed yet but if you look at the continental competitions many clubs will regularly get over 40,000 and I think eventually that will be the case with the Saudi League too.

I disagree though with the idea that it's a bunch of idiots throwing cash around on something that is bound to fail. There is a very clear business plan that is being followed with Michael Emanolo leading the recruitment for the entire league. It's nothing like the Chinese league which had its wings clipped by the Chinese government because too much money was going out of the country. This is about creating a via long term product and something that can eventually compete with the European leagues financially and potentially through new competitions

Apparently they can’t cut the deal short.

This could be good for him, his in a hostile environment his going to have to get fit and sort his shit out, or be public enemy out there. Apparently his hired a PT which is laughable as his turned up to to what 3 or 4 pre seasons unfit

P.s although 200 k a week in Turkey you can live like a god I would imagine.

BTW. Did any of you seriously think he’d light up the Turkish league and that Galatasaray would want to sign him. We all knew deep inside he’d be a flop for them and none of us should be surprised
