That’s strange, it’s almost like the players agent wants to wait so they can get more money.

If I was the agent id do the same. Spurs will still be in for him they know that so there is no point agreeing to somethign that will be lower than in June... he 15m fee will go directly into their pockets.

Sounds like what the gooners are getting with Vlahovic. The players and thus the agents know they are going to be able to cash in massively in the summer. I'm not really in to Serie A, but from what I've heard it's Inter's to lose atm. From what I heard they are far away the best team in the league.

Good point. I thought it was usually the other way around. A club works with a player's agent to determine if they are interested, and then make a bid. Not sure why you'd bid for a player, without having an iota of contact with them to gauge their interest. That seems backasswards.
