I don’t disagree with you and it may have to involve subsidised loans etc., but recently I think the regular manager-go-round has given some of the fringe players hope of staying put and reigniting their careers without moving on.I think if you look at the quality of the sides likely interested in those players and their wage bills most are out of their reach.
