Surely chilli sauce is up there too, right? Depends if you’re feeling creamy or fire’y’ that night! Neither of these, however, especially mixed with kebab (and most likely alcohol) are going to increase your chances of pulling.
As King Henry V said, a kebab without chilli sauce is like war without fire.

I'm up for a laugh as much as anyone but fuck me, some of you don't know when to give it a rest. 'just one more won't hurt'............Not only has it gone on too long but we're getting puns being repeated now as well, that's how long it's gone on for, people can't be arsed to see if their 'joke' has already been made :D

So come on, give it a rest now before people start to get irritated (and now i've asked that's likely to be me)

To get us back onto Conte where we should be, who do you guys reckon will improve the most under his stewardship? I think from the tiny sample size it will be Skipp. You can already see how much info he has taken on in just a few days when you look at the difference between the Vitesse match and the Everton game in terms of his positivity and ball progression.

Can't tie it down to specific players mate.

Basically, if you buy into what Conte is trying to create, he'll make you better.

Over to the players.

You have to go based on who has the character to push themselves. Up to this point there’s a fair number who have never looked like doing that so not sure why that would change now.

Those players imo are; dier, ndombele, winks, dele, bergwijn, Doherty.

Players that at least look like they have the character to push on are; reguillon, Sanchez, Skipp, Lo celso, son.

Players where the jury is just out on, they haven’t been here long enough or they are simply playing at the peak of their abilities are; Romero, Emerson, Davies, Rodon, Gil, tanganga, Lucas, Kane, lloris.

Sure I’ve missed some but will be surprised to see that list change much. Lloris is on the third list because I’m not sure he can get any better at this point but is still playing at a ridiculous level.

Not sure I would have Dier in list 1. He is a lot of things but lazy/lacking character he isn't IMO.

The upturn in our outlook and the positivity from the appointment has been quite incredible. I don't think I ever remember seeing a managerial appointment at Spurs cause this sort of optimism.
He ha sa good core group of players at the lodge to work with in the next week or 10 days and that is positive for me I think. I am hoping that we will start to see an upturn in performance after the break.
I do feel very positive although Ia m slightly guarded as I think this will take time.

Any international manager, specially one as uncooperative as southgate, will tear up any request for extra training, just as conte would dismiss any request from them.
These managers will set the content, duration and intensity of training to maximise performance in these international matches, and will have no interest in the longer term performance of the players.

So unless this extra training is something they can secretly do in their hotel room, then it seems very unlikely it will happen. Conte must know this.

Dunno, it's hard to say.
I think Skipp is one of those who'll improve no matter who's in charge but yeah, Conte could take him onto great things.

As I said in his thread, Sess is one I'm quite excited by. After the shit start to his Spurs career, with injuries and constant management changes, this might actually be great for his game. As long as he can regain his fitness.
He could well become our version of Conte's Alonso.

It may not work out for him but I think he's possibly the best placed to improve in this situation.
