Surprised this hasn't appeared in here (thanks for sharing it in the JM thread @spurfetto):

Dont know if people have seen this yet
I believe this is what Levy means when he talks about not changing how we do things:

• MG asked what the sustainable cashflow was. DL replied that was commercially sensitive, but the Club would maximise the money coming in to reinvest.
• DMC stated that every penny made was reinvested back into the Club. Dividends were not paid to shareholders.
• MG asked about the strategy of ENIC as majority shareholders given the lack of financial return in the form of dividends.
• DL responded that the expectation was that income reinvestment would grow the equity value but that there was no intention to sell and that no valuation had been made of the equity value.
• Non-footballing events are generating income. All profits are ploughed back into the football club.

The key is that the money coming in is now on the same level as Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, allowing us to spend on wages to the same level as them (i.e. compete with them for players). Man City may also be pulled back into this group now that their dubious sponsorships have been formally called into question.

Think there is enough in there to get the peckers of both sides of this fence twitching.

As it has now been since two years ago, I shall wait. Out goings, the links and the eventual incoming's.

I'm neither a spreadsheet lover or hater.

I'm sure this thread will erupt of the coming days when people who take the time pore over the Q&A's from that evening.

Gosh, what a tumultuous season this has been.

• KL asked for a brief explanation of how player recruitment worked at Spurs now
• DL explained that the process is unchanged. The Chief Scout – Steve Hitchen; the Head Coach - Jose Mourinho; the Chairman – DL; the Head of the Academy - John McDermott (if it concerned a youth player) along with the Head of Football Administration – Rebecca Caplehorn – were involved in the process
• SH and JM would discuss what areas needed strengthening and who might be an option, considering age, salary expectations, nationality, language etc.
• The list would be narrowed down and then presented to DL
• The list would be put in order and they’d then see what was possible

• DL stressed how difficult it was to do a transfer both in and out, especially considering that the liquidity in the market has decreased

Very well made excuses by DL I am afraid. And I wait to see what happens in the summer when the (list) is given to him. His methods are dated imho. And that is educated opinion. Hearing failure to make CL will impact our budget etc. Putting all things in perspective, covering the last 2-3 years when we were in it, seems to suggest an excuse for everything. Only way I see a major spend is selling Kane in 12 months for say 150m. Spending that plus a few extra pounds on top to placate the fans. Ofcourse my own opinion.

The minutes don't fill anyone with hope or a sense of a determination to succeed more a vague committment to stay relevant whilst a limp wristed attempt to achieve anything.

I'd sell Kane 12 months early then otherwise how are they going to sell a team o the fans that need to renew their season tickets or pass them on to those on the waiting list? I mean damned if you do and damned if you don't ....

All those events and the NFL etc don't mean cash flow into the club at all? Oh dear this is a very sorry state of affairs.

Not sure what hope there is of this club ever really progressing.

Beginning to question why I support them haha.
