If you drag the ticket down in your apple wallet it might update / refresh. I had that for a game a few weeks ago. It’s not a problem at the turnstiles if it doesn’t.

Tried dragging it down, but it still doesn’t update/refresh unfortunately

I read on a different thread that people arent allowed to use ticket share for this game due to a request from the police.

Its a shame really, i was hoping someone would gift there ticket to me for free like they did for Brentford game in return for some SC donation

Yep, that seems to be the case. Got in touch with the ticket office, need to be a ST or member...but not just have a CRN to be able to transfer to a friend

I also ready that the po po aren't the reason, that was wrong information. Apparently it's because the person you're transferring it to has to be a full paid up One Hotspur member and have been a member for some time... I think because it's Wet Spam, and they don't want trouble and London rivals sitting in with home fans.

Try turning 'Automatic Updates' on and off on the season card in the wallet. Happened for me before Leeds game, just showed as United game but someone on here suggested it and it updated to Leeds

You might have the 'remove' expired passes option turned on if it's an iPhone. Check that.

If it's a Season ticket it shouldn't 'expire' however.

Friend had a problem and queued. They gave her a printed ticket within 30 seconds saying they had 'technical' problems with the system for this game and lots of people were struggling with it. Cup game I suppose. Guess it should be back to normal for the palace one and they will sort out the problems from tonight for the Semi. Fingers crossed.

Help please....trying to get me and my lad (junior) tickets for Wolves at home. Tried various seats together. Lets me put them in my basket but when trying to proceed and pay I Keep getting a message saying I'm trying to purchase more tickets than I'm allowed to.

We're both One Hotspur members and my son is in my network and I'm assigning his ticket to him. Any ideas?

Bought a new iPhone today and as part of moving from Android to Apple I've realised I need to move my Season Ticket from one type of wallet to another - anyone had any experience? I've tried looking at the Digital Ticketing FAQ and a bit of googling but to no avail so far.

I understand that the spurs v west ham quarter final tickets were were non transferable to non paying members with a CRN number, I’m assuming the same will be the case for the semi final against Chelsea?
I have bought a couple of tickets and had no idea this was the case until I read this thread ?
Are there any other ways of getting the ticket across to my friends that you may know of?
I’ve seen the screenshotting the QR Code and sending it on option but I’m worried the QR Code won’t work when they turn up has anyone tried and tested this numerous times?

I would send the original season ticket email to your new I phone and then re download the season ticket.

For anyone else going through this - I contacted the support desk at Spurs ([email protected]) and they cancelled the old one and sent me a new link to use on the iPhone but @DCSPUR64 suggestion may also have worked.

I've emailed the club to ask for help as I can't put the boys tickets on my pass and Google pay won't allow me to create accounts for them as they are Under 16.

kids should be issued with a stadium access card which their tickets are uploaded too
