Football has lost its working class roots- its said football reflects society.Footballers are people that get paid buckets of noney and are crap at thier job- very upper class.? They are all strapeing the frumpet- players have nothing to aspire to, they have too much toon soon and show little in return. They better not slip up tonight, the posh gits. A revolution could be in the air to overthrow the impostors. We may need a new king on the throne.

And on the subject of the QFs...

This may sound a bit crazy, but I would Kevin Keegan 'love it' to play Arsenal in the next round (if we can...I haven't looked at the rules).

I just think Sunday's performance was so far off what we're capable of as a team, I would love to have another crack at them and over 2 legs would be even better.

Anyway, COYS for tonight lads!!!

You're a fucking masochist.

Let's get through tonight. And then pray for the easiest draw in the next round and hope united and arsenal play each other. Some of you lot wanting a tougher draw to right a wrong are nuts lol. Easiest games possible for me. Who knows what state our squad will be after this upcoming international break.

I'd definitely take 5 more easy matches to EL glory.

But if we have to get a 'tougher' opponent, then yeah, I want to right that wrong (y)

No thanks to the scum or manure if we win tonight. Let them slug it out between themselves. I’ll take Rangers. Keep us on our toes but ultimately a winnable game.

Firstly, we should win this game or at the very least draw it.

I hope the players aren't thinking about the QFs, but as a fan I'm allowed to

We could have had them in this round, no seeding

Provided we get through tomorrow(and that is no guarantee given we are Spurs), id love the NLD next round. Win and in the semis beating our rival. Lose and hopefully the added embarrassment will prompt the bald one to get the fuck out of football dealings and hire someone competent to run the show(seeing we clearly arent getting ENIC to fuck off yet).
No thanks - I'd rather they get knocked out in the semi-final after extra time and penalties against who we eventually meet in the final!

Agree get through tonight but then any draw difficult. I wouldn’t mind Arsenal I want to see the players right the wrongs to beat Arsenal would be so rewarding losing we know where we are. Maybe we need reflection where we truly are because It’s all a little bit up in the air.

Regardless of Tottenham tonight let Ajax deal with Arsenal. A couple of matches still have easy outcome. Winner of Granada Molde easy, winner of Rangers Praha IMO I think is easy. Winner of United Milan very hard, Roma quite hard, and Villarreal is somewhere in the middle.

They are all difficult for me incl Rangers. These teams need to be beaten at some point-so lets get on with it rather than wish an easy draw.
