Not for me personally. I see Dembele as being a CM and backup DM if we wanna attack more. Dont think he played well because of the left. Him playing well because he was cutting from the right had nothing to do with playin on the wings, hes been doing that all season centrally, he did it out of necessity not preference. Any it doesnt need to be fixed he can move in and out withHoltby if we were to play such a team. That could work

Can't believe Suarez was squaring up to Dembele then hiding behind anyone he could. Dembele would eat him for breakfast.

I really do hope lots of nasty things happening to Suarez because he is such a lovely fella.

Just dropping in here to say well done Moussa! He dragged us out of that tie by the scruff of the neck and his form is really quite wonderful at the moment. Cracking player.

Phenomenal player. There is no doubt all inter players and fans recognise how bloody good he is. Aside from his obvious talents, he can chase and put in tackles like sandro.

He's my man crush. I would let him do everything to me.

Yesterday was by miles the best game Dembele has played in a Spurs shirt, he was absolutely everywhere. You can argue Jan got MOTM because he scored our goals but let's be honest, Dembele was the best player on that pitch by some distance. Now this all coincided with him playing in an attacking mid spot, sort of taking over for Lennon. I hope we all agree that he needs to play there again...I still don't understand why Sig gets the love from all of you that he does, he doesn't do a thing in my opinion. Dembele has to replace Sig if Lennon comes back, so we'd look at:

Dembele - Bale - Lennon

However, the thing was Dembele played so well on the right because he was able to consistently cut in on his left foot. If we play him on the left I'm not sure that would be the case. I'm not quite sure how good Lennon actually is playing on the left side so I'm not sure if that's an option.

But Dembele truly had one of the best performances of the season yesterday and we can't ignore that and shut him down to the CM spot again, where to be honest, he doesn't impress as much as we'd hope.

I would LOVE to see this vs Fulham.

Lennon - Bale - Dembele
Holtby - Parker

Interested in everyone's thoughts though.

no. i dont see how holtby warrants a starting place before sig. sig has scored, created, so much more than holtby. as much as holtby does alot of hounding, siggy is amazing when tracking back to help out with our full back. on top of that his delivery from corners have been sublime.

holtby did not impress me ytd. he fouled needlessly way too often and didnt pass well. siggy is performing better by far. siggy gives us great delivery from the wing, crossing with either foot. dembele cant cross like siggy, so we are much better at utilizing his ability to glide pass defender in the middle, giving us an extra man in attack.

the current league squad has to stay.

Really great to see him playing like he has for the last few games.

I thought when Modric left that we wouldn't have someone to fill the void, but watching Dembele at the moment is a joy :)

The guy's a tough mo-fo

I've said it before, but I'd love to see a midfield 3 of him, Sandro and Fellaini

That would scare the cack out of any opposition midfield

That is one tall/fast/strong ass centre 3 right there. In dream land I'd take M'Villa out of anybody though. The guy is an animal.

Tell Levy to buy Fellaini.

To be fair I don't see why we need him if we have Dembele. Both are brick shithouses, can put a tackle in and neither of them set the world alight with their passing.

I like Fellaini but we have it covered with Sandro and Dembele. If anything we want a player in the middle with real guile and vision.

If I'm thinking sensibly then I agree with you :)

Would still like to see the faces of the opposition at the pre-match handshake with those three lining up for us, though!!
