Could this be his "From Zero To Hero" moment?!

Rumours abound that he could feature tomorrow at Wembley! Stranger things have happened.

I doubt it but would be fantastic if he came on and scored a Nayim from the half way line style winner or even put a cross in for Adebayor to score the winner

His crossing and his set pieces alone could be worth it. I've said it all season - what we need is David Bentley's free kicks/corners! Just wheel him out American Football Special Teams style to take 'em!

He is capable of scoring directly from a free kick something Bale and VDV seem to have lost the ability to do of late

If he could put the type of cross in he used to for Santa Cruz Adebayor could give Cech problems (he's already starting to look dodgy look at the Benfica goal)

Bentley also had a hell of a shot on him so like a boxer he has a punchers chance of doing something special so to speak however unlikely it would seem.

Can't see him being on the bench to be honest. Think Harry's just making stuff up again.

Ryantegan said on Twitter that he's not fit enough to feature. Whether, as someone has said, it would mean a sub appearance if things were desperate, but I'd rather save him for the five league match run in. You can't hide at Wembley - the pitch is huge.

Redknapp is on record as saying he might have to feature Bentley in the match day squad just to make up the numbers. What's the betting that after a few games if Bentley comes good Redknapp will change tack and take credit for giving Bentley some game time and re-kickstarting his career. "David's a triffic player, I've always believed in the boy and knew he'd come come good again, that's why I loaned him out to Wet Spam and tried to palm him off on to MK Dons"

Don't think he'd be match fit , might end up more of a liability.

He won't feature but will be on the bench to just make up the 7.

I love the way he talks about struggling to fill the bench when Pienaar, Bassong and Townsend are off on loan.

Don't know but it's a crying shame he didn't reach his potential with us, had he been at his best and played in his proper position, we may have got a couple more points this season.

He is a good player!

He's always capable of doing something special!

Maybe after having the massive injury it might shake him up a bit and he might be focused now!

I was over the moon when he joined, thought he would be class at ours. Unfortunately he thinks he is better than he actually is and is not prepared to graft.
