Speaking on The Done Deal Show, Dean Jones has been discussing Antonio Conte and his demeanour during Tottenham’s pre-season. The north London club have had a remarkable summer so far, signing no fewer than five players already in the transfer window.

Conte is actually a bit different to how I expected him to be (probably my misinterpretation from a far). I think he is just very passionate. He only really gets angry when the players aren't the same.

This happens way more at the top tier clubs but our top players/staff/fans all want it as well so it bodes really well, at least in the short term.

He just wants to win and have everyone moving in the same direction it does feel that spurs are!

Need to get him signed up to a new contract. Will send a big message to the players. Especially H
