In his press conference after the game, Conte was asked about Kane’s missed penalty. The Italian said, as per Football London: “You know we are talking about a player that is very difficult to miss penalties.

“He’s a killer and I think that also today, in the end, he was really really tired because he ran a lot. He played for the team and I think he played in a fantastic way today.”

I was surprised he wasn’t replaced when the Bissouma/Skipp double change was made. He’d taken two ankle whacks and was visibly hobbling.
He can’t keep playing 90 mins every 3 days. 3-1 up last night seemed a good time for a rest.

Should he be rested for the Everton game? Tough call
Absolutely. Everton are stubborn but the 'easiest' of the next 3 games - also Manchester United (A) and Newcastle (H).

Play Richarlison against his former side, with Son and Moura - Kulusevski for the last 20 minutes.

Richarlison apparently picked up a knock to his knee, so could be the reason why he came off.

I'm not surprised.

Royal with another assured and composed performance...... his last name should be Endofmove. Even had the nerve to berate Romero for a poor touch toward the end lol.

Keep getting told how important wing-backs are in this system. They are our worst players!

Kulu is not available. That said, I still prefer Harry to start from the bench. He has started in every game, and we need a fit and rested Harry against Man U away. Matt Doherty provides more offence on the right (better than Emerson for sure), and Bentancur could be pushed further up to create chances for Sonny and Richi. We could bring on Harry in the second half if we need him.

I can picture the boos behind the goal
That won't bother him. But don't think he'd would receive that much negative reactions from the Everton fans. After all, the club got £60M for him, (they needed the money very badly and are desperate to sell), and he was very gracious in this goodbyes to the Toffee fans. Expect more boos if he plays agains Liverpool.
