Perhaps MSP can put the concrete steps back before the milan game, we need those to get into the stadium.

So Tucker, considering that the grass pitch rolls right under the south stand whenever the NFL is in town, is it going to roll right on top of the karting track / infrastructure? I doubt it. I’m thinking that a major excavation project will need to be undertaken to make additional underground space for the karting track which isn’t going to come cheap especially when you consider that there is a 17k seater stand sitting right on top of that excavation. And if F1 are also involved in the project then it will undoubtedly cost 10x what it needs to.
That’s rather fanciful. Have you ever been to an indoor karting arena? It’ll likely be a lot of temporary crash barriers and painted stripes on the concrete. More than likely all stuff that’ll be moved on the five or so six occasions a year we need to retract the pitch.

Exactly this, there's already a big empty car park there! Few temporary barriers etc and away you go! Plus I should think Liberty will be sticking most the money in to do the work rather than Spurs!
