Why would they pull him from a photo shoot? Just take the pictures. If he leaves - delete them, if he stays - use them. Much easier to do than not take any pictures then have to re-arrange to take them when he’s still there after the window has closed.
Almost like it's complete bullshit!

I don't think the Spurs/Chelsea not selling with each other exists anymore.

If anything considering they are a bunch of NFL guys and all the work we have done with them with the stadium it's probably quite amicable.

Would love Gallagher to be honest. We don't really need him (classic spurs - always with the opportunitstic signings) but he'd definitely improve us.

I’m not sold on Gallagher- though I do think he fits Ange system.
however while 45 m is Far too expensive for him, if you look at it relatively … if Johnson is 50m then Gallagher is an absolute bargain at 45.

Cole Palmer is 40 million, don’t think Gallagher is over priced at all.

We have to get over prices. Chelsea have freaking zapped the market. It’s like 1000% inflation over the last 3 years.

45M gets you a prospect now. It’s bonkers but it is reality.

I don't think this will happen as we've left it too late as always, but we desperately need young, homegrown players so bringing in the likes of Johnson, Eze and Gallagher is almost a necessity at this point.

Gallagher is a good, if not great player, but his attitude seems brilliant and I think he'd fit in with the young, hungry squad that we're building. He does seem like more of an upgrade on Skipp than a replacement for Hojbjerg though so we'd still be a Bissouma injury away from a significant drop in quality of the starting 11.

The Spurs transfer window in a nutshell. Start with dreams of signing world class players (Laporte, Vlhahovic, Chiesa), downgrade expectations to solid reinforcements (Tapsoba, Kudus, Amrabat), pray for opportunistic signings (Tosin, Gallagher, Johnson), resign yourself to a quiet deadline day.
To be fair it is said Ange really likes Gallagher and I reckon Johnson is a good player.

Those dream signings come with a hefty fee and huge risk.

I probably sit in that middle bracket now but fans do need to think about their expectations cause we are def trying do find talent that isnt yet a big name.

I trust Chelsea to see this through even less than I trust Levy to see it through. Deadline day would be a perfect time to fuck us over. If nothing is agreed by midday then we need to move on.

£45mil is the lower end of what his value is. 23 year old proven England international. That’s how the market is now.

Just feels so, so unlikely that we could get both of those deals over the line in one deadline day… Even completing one feels about 50/50.
Won’t be enough time unless Daniel takes a big swing. Something that he is unlikely to do. And getting these huge money deals done in one day is extremely unlikely, unless one is a loan with an obligation to buy, with a very big loan fee up front.

I also question whether CG would leave Chelsea for us. He's one of their own and seems passionate about the club - personal terms could be difficult

No, I'd rather we be the club that signs Caicedo for 4m instead of 114m.

Spend smart, not dumb.

Half expecting...

PEH and GLC out

CG in
I'm fully expecting no incomings. Probably 2 or 3 out on loan.

Edited for the offtopic crew i.e. we won't be signing CG. It's directly on topic. Hot dislike or disagree if you don't like/disagree with something.
