Confused about ticket

Just ordered a ticket online and I was wondering when it actually arrives.

I read that sometimes the ticket can arrive around 10 days before the match or is it a couple of working days after I've placed the order.

and whats ticket collection? I don't have to go to Spurs to colllect my ticket? it's just that when I ordered the ticket; there was no postage cost so I'm slightly confused.

Is my ticket coming via the post and how long will it take? I ordered last night

Sorry, I've never done this before as I've usually bought tickets off touts.

Give the club a call. The last time I went my scumbag lowlife postie stole it my ticket went missing in the post. I phoned them and was able to pick the ticket up from the ticket office at the stadium. No waiting in line or anything like that, so it was all very simple.

Which game are you going to? Is it the friendly against Schalke (paper ticket only) or the first home game against QPR (paper ticket or uploaded to your membership card)? Your best bet is to call the ticket office on 0207 998 1068 with your order reference and they can tell you how your will receive your ticket.

No, tickets will go on general sale to non-members if they do not sell out to members first.

Oh, so after becoming a lilywhite member: I get a card which means any tickets I buy will go onto that card?

Thanks for that, I've now worked it out; because I've just become a Lilywhite member and I haven't yet received my card then I may receive a paper ticket for the QPR game.

That's correct. Last year they had issues with the new card, meaning that some new members who had their cards had to wait for new ones. There should be no reason why you should not have your card by the QPR, but yes, you will get a paper ticket if you don't. Just make sure they have added your loyalty points too!

I bought my membership on Saturday morning and It still hasn't arrived; It's been around 3/4 working days; Should I be concerned or is this down to deliveries being slow due to the kit launch.

Has anyone else ordered membership and when did it arrive?

My wife ordered a bronze onehotspur membership about a week ago and it has not arrived. We live in Norway, but I would guess it will arrive in about 10-15 days. We have both bought tickets for the QPR game at WHL.

Spurs aren't quick with these things. Only start to worry if it's still not arrived 5 days before the match. If that happens, just give the club a call and they'll arrange for you to collect a paper ticket for that game on the day of the match.

No panicking required.
