I flipped the situation and thought I'd much rather Chelsea win the CL this season and be in it next season knocking Arsenal out. The financial implications for Arsenal would be pretty bad, surely.

Spartak Moscow and Braga would automatically be in the 'Playoff round' rather than having to go through the 3rd round of qualification. So effectively there would be 6 automatic playoff teams and 8 qualifiers (4 to go through instead of 5) rather than 5 automatic playoff teams and 10 qualifiers (5 to go through).
