I wouldn’t be entirely surprised if the performances of some of our players over this international break had hastened this move in some way.
Kane, Winks, Eriksen, Son, Aurier and others all sound like they’ve put in stellar performances for their national teams, suggesting beyond reasonable doubt that they’re not unfit or out of form, but that Pochettino had truly lost the dressing room.
So disappointed that he wasn't able to win a trophy with us- a year ago we were all hoping he'd be our manager for years and years and years. The best manager we've had for decades, although there was a feeling that he wasn't going to be able to turn things around without substantial investment, and he wasn't going to get that.
Levy got lucky with this appointment. I expect now for him to make a poor managerial signing, and for us to continue to slide towards mediocrity.
