Yeah I know especially in a race like this the pressure is too much but I have seen them pulled before, usually because they cannot get the shoe back on right or take too long.It happens all the time poc, that's why there is a Farrier at the start at most meetings.
Owners and trainers wont pull a horse out unless its dying .
I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about my ACCA that was going to rescue my festival going up in flames, but that was horrible to watch .
I don't know much about these things, but surely the lost shoe must have contributed to that?
I have a few hundredweight out in one of the stables, the Mrs keeps saying she gonna weld them into something arty farty.They found a horse shoe at one of the hurdles....that means one of these horses have one missing or it belonged to Sir Erek....or....it has been there since whenever!
