Nope, no one misses out. Uefa changed the rules after we missed out unjustly.
Now 5 teams from the same league can be in the CL. If a team finishes outside the top 4 but wins either the CL or EL, that team competes in the CL the following season but not at the expense of any team that qualified through league positions.
