Every club is a business, and the FA can't make managerial appointments on their behalf. Chairmen and boards shouldn't even bat an eyelid at this crap, apart from perhaps hire someone and pay them (relatively) nothing to encourage players in management.

Chris Houghton is a Black Man, Tiger Woods is a black man, Lewis Hamilton is a Black Man. Rio Ferdinand is a black man.They are all black regardless of whether they are of mixed race descent or not.

I don't understand that comment. Why is someone of mixed race "black"? I don't get that at all.

Absolute bollocks. This comment makes me really angry. Why should mixed race people be defined by the racial background of one parent over the other? Why should a person of mixed black and white parentage be defined as black rather than white? And, in fact, isn't trying to pigeon hole people of mixed backgrounds into one ethnic group utterly discriminatory? Mixed race people have to deal with a whole set of issues based on their racial origin and often feel as if they don't belong to the racial groups of either of their parents. Some feel a natural affinity with one half of their family over the other and define themselves as such. That's fine. But who do you think you are making a sweeping generalisation that all children of mixed black/white parentage are black? In an age when mixed race people are the quickest growing racial group in the country, mixed race people need role models that define themselves as such, not to be lumped in with existing racial groups.

I simply used some examples of people who are black. when did I make the sweeping generalization that ALL mixed black and white children are black? Tiger woods has a Thai mother.

I don't think its that controversial to be honest Ive seen you and other people saying far more controversial things. As for being passionate about race, I don't like racism. Its that simple really, its a forum if people don't agree with what I said thats fine.

If you think it should be improved for everyone, then you should support black people given a equal and fair chance of getting into management and not being discriminated against on the grounds of race. Or doesnt someone being told niggers cant go down the coaching route count as discrimination?

They look black and they are actually black whether they want to define themselves as that or not. Is Lewis Hamilton white? No he is black. Those who were giving him racial abused blacked up their faces.
