But I do appreciate that he's already considered 4th CB ahead of Dier.

I won't attack Dier the person like some idiots do, but he's clearly unsuited to the system we want to play and hasn't been good enough for too long.

That trot back against barca for their 3rd goal did it for him i guess. That was the last straw.

Good to see Phillips trusted but Donley and Santiago are on fire for the stiffs and would have given the bench a more balanced feel. Hopefully Ange will integrate them into first team training more now the squad has been thinned a little.
