Someone posted this vid a lil while back, and it's well worth the watch. Sums up how extremely well-planned things have been recently, including what we know from the past was a pretty intensive selection process for the manager to succeed Sherwood.
Thanks for posting OP, was nice to see this even a second time. Gives a nice feeling of pride and comfort in the current status and stability of the club, as well as excitement for the future.

Through the Sherwood times I was mad at Daniel Levy for his balls up with his managerial appointments but he seems to have got it right with Pochettino and it's nice to see that illustrated in this video.
Anyone still complaining about him now with the new stadium coming out of the ground needs to have a good hard think about things.
