When we brought him in I said I would suffer this football if it brought us a trophy, I have changed my mind

Even if this is the beginning of or the foundations of some unbeatable defensive side that dig out results (and all the evidence points to it not being - at all), I have had enough already

Instead of properly investing 2-3 years ago into what was a team that could have won the title with a few tweaks, we have now spent a fortune lumbering ourselves with this coach who only knows one way to play and it's long since been figured out by most teams

We are dreadful to watch, have no ideas, are scared to play and don't get results

Awful. Just absolute rubbish

We got the ball to the box then no-one had a fucking clue, when you can't beat one of the worst teams in the league you know your bad.

Yeah let's make the comparison to the team funded by a gulf state and not the club we were in front of for the 8 or 9 years on the trot. Doesn't really matter - the point is still proven. Now it's just up to you to actually bring it home upstairs, so to speak.
You brought them up, not me. Keep up.

Didn't watch this one because I had a feeling this would happen and I genuinely cannot stand to watch our games at the moment. I kept checking the score but that's the best I can do right now.

Call me a bad supporter or fickle or whatever you like but I gave Jose a clean slate when he joined and I cannot watch this anymore. It's so fucking boring. 29 years old, Spurs since birth and this is the first NLD I've not looked forward to, probably won't watch that either.

You can see that against a team who zip the ball about Ndombele will struggle. But at least he was moving it quickly and not taking 50 touches before. So many of our players need a touch to get in control, another touch to look up, then another touch because they are getting closed down and another touch to find a new pass.

Absolutely no zip about them

I know i will get pelters...but sell kane. We.could have got werner for 60..
Sold.kane for 80...leaving 20 for a.reserve

Players like Werner wouldn’t come to us regardless of whether we met buyout clauses etc.

Fuck me - I’ve been a Spurs fan for 35 years and it takes me all year to earn what even our fringe players earn in a week, but even I wouldn’t sign for Spurs in the current shit state we’re in.

This team is absolutely spent. It’s no overreaction to say we need at least 8/9 new players this summer. And you just know we won’t get anywhere near that.
I’d rather see a young manager come in with a raft of young hungry championship players with a point to prove. Stuff haggling about after players you just know are stringing us out waiting for bigger clubs.
We’ll waste all summer trying for Milik etc only to see him go to Juve.
