Such generosity from Sky TV , I believe this game is free to air on Freeview channel 11 this evening, I would have paid a fortune to watch this game .

Hope there are more highlights than we had in the Everton game , as far as I remember the highlights were #1 referee blowing whistle to start the game, #2 referee blowing whistle for halftime, #3 referee blowing whistle to start 2nd half , #4 referee blowing for full time .

You missed out the most important highlight, we won!

I don't care how we do that, just to it.

There’s rumours on twitter that cirkin will start?
Wouldn't surprise me. Davies in need of a rest and Vertonghen too slow for LB. Leaves Cirkin as the preferred option to Sessegnon. No Tanganga either.

If Cirkin plays we might also see a back 3 with Sissoko or Gedson RWB.

What type of fullback is Cirkin? Attacking, defensive, or somewhere in between? Also who could he be compared to in terms of style in the current game?

The very little I read of him suggests energetic, skill full and a very good passer.

Would appreciate it if we give another youngsters of ours a chance to shine. Heard these types of rumours before on Twitter though, it is most likely wishful thinking or made up.

To be honest I was also somewhat disappointed with Graham Scott's whistle blowing in the Everton game, which was as below par as the players performance. In an empty stadium, where a strong whistle blow could reverberate around an average stadium, there was great opportunity for Scott to really showcase the new stadium's acoustics, enhancing this even further by a flourish to the second to last 'peep'. But no, he opted for a rather timid version of a bog standard whistle, which was in keeping with the turgid game of football on offer. I threw my remote control at the television in disgust.

Spurs to win 3 nil this evening.

Kane and a brace from Winks.

Is this the same Winks who only has 2 goals in 89 appearances (1 goal in his last 88 appearances), only registers a shot on target every ~15 games, and misses the target with 80% of efforts? You have more chance of him getting two assists than two goals .... oh wait .... only 2 assists in his last 89 appearances you say? Well, it's not his fault if the forwards cannot tuck the chances he creates away is it .... ah, only 3 big chances created in 89 appearances. Well, it's lucky the defensive side of his game is so strong ... what's that? ... Less than 1 tackle (0.88) and 1 interception (0.7) per game?

Disclaimer: Whilst these statistics are all accurate, I have used them specifically to publicly jinx myself in the hope that Winks will score a hat-trick tonight, heavens forbid our forward players might actually show some clinical form for a change!

Wouldn't be surprised to see Cirkin start. Easiest remaining game left. Why not throw him in like with Tanganga and give him an opportunity, whilst resting Davies for the NLD

We need to win, there's still an outside chance of 5th.

I know most will laugh at that but we must apply the pressure just incase there are more upsets than expected.

Think Roberto Carlos in his prime but better?

If you ever want to play with a bit more freedom and flair perhaps this is the game to do it - against Bournemouth who no doutb look dangerous goign forward but look awful at the back

I would like Kane to fill his boots and would really like Ndombele to play but thats like wishing Rachel riley would jump out of my screen from countdown onto my lap

7-2 Spurs woop woop

Common themes with him seem to be faster than Bale, more creative than Modric, finishes better than Kane, retains the ball like Dembele and has the recovery ability of King. So he might get 3 minutes if we are lucky.
