Dier on Pogba was less
Yep and that's the problem with VAR - no consistency. You can put identical situations side by side and see different decisions being made
Dier on Pogba was less
So was Dier on Pogba. Funny old game
He was absolutely surrounded
Pogba was passed Dier, albeit not a lot of contact Dier was intentionally trying to tackle him hence the penalty. Whereas King was watching the ball. Had he been looking at Kane then yes it would have been a pen.
When has that ever been a guarantee of the right decision?
lol, so you can just blindly run into people and get away with it as long as you’re not looking at them?
You can't run people over with outstretched arms, intentionally or not. It's given as a free kick anywhere else on the pitch.Pogba was passed Dier, albeit not a lot of contact Dier was intentionally trying to tackle him hence the penalty. Whereas King was watching the ball. Had he been looking at Kane then yes it would have been a pen.
Ref doesn’t give it
VAR doesn’t give it
Commentators agree he was watching the ball and it would have been soft
One of the flaws of VAR, referee don't want to take responsibility with the call knowing that VAR will check it, while VAR will find it not severe enough to go against the referees call
Kick it out then. Or try off a leg.
But don't do nothing
