Afternoon i have applied for 2 away games and when i did i got an email back saying confirmed and o.oo in the price i take it they take the money when the tickets are confirmed ? and when do they let you know if you have been succesful anyone help

As soon as the required loyalty points and tickets are confirmed, they will take the money. Just check your account history.

Bear in mind the thieving sods haven't adjusted(stolen) any this year yet. There's another years worth to come off. You can't check em at present so they're probably doing it now.

You should also get an email confirming whether or not you get one.

I just checked again. You can't see your loyalty points , so I assume that they are going through the process of adjusting them. It really is not good enough to still not have this sorted out with only a couple of weeks left before the Palace game. Our ticket office really need to up their game

I completely agree. That is the weekend of my dad's 60th so him and me are hoping to see our first ever away opening game of the season together as a birthday treat. But.....while we're still waiting for confirmation if we've even got tickets, the rest of the family are also in limbo as they don't know if he'll be at home or not!!

Hoping for some form of confirmation in the next few days!
