Would have loved the 3-5-2 today.
Give us the extra player in CM but also to give us an attacking option off the bench.
Amazing to see that even after all our investment. Gil is the only forward thinking player we have to bring on.
AFC full strength.
Feel this will be a tough watch but hopefully that front three is electric and I show I know very little about picking a side ?

Am here at the Emirates surrounded by arses. Frightening.
175ml glass of wine is £14.95 . I could buy 2 decent bottles for that.
Just shows what a rip off that place is , went to a one star Michelin restaurant in London yesterday, 125 ml glass of very decent white £6.

I know we have a good points tally from a some hard fixtures. But I look at this as Us surrendering the midfield yet again. And having sloppy possession. It’s worked, but I don’t like it much. I want us to look good in possession. In a way I want either skip or Biss to start to add a bit more control and less headless chicken last ditch defending.
But again I can’t argue with our points tally and I also believe we have not clicked yet, and that’s why we keep losing the ball so much

I fucking wanna see some crunching tackles from Hojbjerg, Bentancur and Bissouma to fuck those scum up physically and see how they deal with the coming busy schedule with such thin squad.
Unfortunately it part of game that we are losing. Recall Utd v Pool game this season. Martinez rattled Salah on his first touch of game. Not a dirty tackle but very firm to let him know he not getting easy. He didn't want to know after that.

tbf while they have more attacking options, their bench is pretty weak too.
I looked through their team first, saw that and thought we’ll have an advantage there.
slightly surprised to see our bench 8/9 defensive minded.
With a few players not entirely trusted by Conte yet.

No crunching tackles please lest you want us down to 10/9/8men

..and to the surprise of absolutely no one except the "managers" on SC, Conte picks a Conte formation populated by Conte's preferred available players.

But the SC "managers" apparently still know best. If we win, they will quietly forget their criticisms and complaints. If we lose, they will be "right" and we will never hear the end of it.

I want to see Romero absolutely clatter Jesus. In a technical i'm really going to hurt you precise non red card sort of way.

I really would have thought Conte would have gone with a 352 ??‍♀️

We have no game changers on the bench & are relying on a fast start …
I don't see us relying on a fast start as we generally don't. I think we rely more on keeping calm and tight at the back first half. Then getting stronger in the 2nd half and overwhelming the opponent. It's so important we don't concede too early and if we do not go 2 down at any point.

Such a predictable lineup. Arteta will have known all week who we were starting with, baring injury.

Can see us getting overrun in midfield. Hojbjerg & Bentancour are good players but they get outnumbered. We've got away with it so far this season. Let's hope the luck continues! ?
