That if Everton beat United on Sunday, that 7th does not merit a place in the Europa League next season?

I can't see Everton not finishing in the top 6, so 7th spot will still mean a Europa Cup place next season for the team that finishes there!

7th wil be in europe, Arsenal Man U Chelsea and Everton will all finish inside the top 6 meaning the place will go to 7th for sure

Runners up of the cup don't get anything anymore? so surely it doesn't make a difference unless Everton win or something?

If Everton win the cup 7th is still a Europa spot. It doesn't matter who wins it unless Everton somehow fall to 8th and win the FA cup and say West Ham go 6th and we go 7th.

That way Everton would grap the FA Cup Europa spot and we wouldn't qualify.

runner up of fa cup gets in euro if fa cup winner already in euro.
runner up of league cup gets squat
3 euro places to engand
if league cup winner in euro already, 6th becomes euro spot
if fa cup winner in euro already, runner up gets spot. if runner up also in euro, the 7th in the league (assuming 6th already taken) becomes euro.

basically, everton need to finish 8th or below for there to be any possible way that 7th won't be a euro spot this season.

Not any more, rules changed before this season. Runner-up gets squat.

Of course seeing as the three teams left in the competition are already in the top 6 it is totally irrelevant. The team that finishes 7th will be in Europa League next year.

Runners up no longer get a european place through the FA or League cup, I had this query a while back.
