Oh god, I may switch games soon because I've just seen Lego head right on the touchline again and that's now what I'm going to be constantly looking for...which will wind me up no end.

That was so transparent from Arsenal. Good on Bayern for trying to take advantage. Long overdue that EPL teams try to take advantage of situations like that. Southampton under Hassenhutl did it every game.
It's so transparent, and it's such a gross tactic (and it is a tactic, it happens far too often for it to be an accident) because a referee won't ignore a player that's down.

Mostly paying attention to the City game but from what I've seen in the other game Arsenal look really good

So Grealish is fouled just outside the box. The City players stop dead because they would rather have a free kick there than the advantage. The ref keeps indicating advantage, refuses to blow and forces them to play on.

That's poor form IMO. If they want a free kick and you've indicated you have seen there was an offence, let them have it. That's their advantage.

Sane must be so frustrating to play with. Could be a world beater if only he passed once in a while

They just don't look like a Bayern team at all. Really poor and at home FFS.
They're suffering big time this season from the complacency they've developed over several years of winning the BL every year without actually playing all that well. It means that when Leverkusen came along this season, they didn't have a response, and is also why they struggle in CL games against good sides. They haven't had enough practice against good opposition in the last several years.

Not sure about that. If the ref sees and plays advantage that's City's fault for stopping. It's not their job to decide when play stops unless they kick it out of play. It's the ref's job. You play to the whistle.

Lego Creature needs to have a word with Saka about his constant whining and snivelling, but it’s Arsenal so he’s possibly been instructed to act in that way.

No, for me if a team decides they want to forgo the advantage and would rather have a free kick in a good position for what was a clear foul, they should get it.

But they literally don't have the power to do that. They don't get to decide that. It's the ref's call and that's part his or her judgment.
