What a player we have here...Absolutely fantastic. I wonder if Hoddle still thinks Huddlestone is better?

EDIT: Just seen there's already a thread for him. Can a mod merge? Sorry!

He'll never win over the fans like Sandro, because Sandro runs around the pitch and puts in 100% in blood, sweat and vomit. Capoue doesn't, and that's what is so great about him. He's technically superior to Sandro, he's also more disciplined and that's why he doesn't have to run around like a mad man.

I always rated Capoue from when I first saw him in the lillywhite.

Who's decision was it to sign him I wonder.

A quick look through the realistic squad for next season brings a few laughs.
Capoue and Chadlis name are mentioned alot and not in the staying column.

Please never play him in anything but the league until we are further in the Cup competitions. He's such a vital player for us right now. He absolutely sets the tone from a physicality and ball retention standpoint.

Until we bring in someone like Schneiderlin, I'm very worried about Capoue getting hurt as the only one who could potentially do his job is Sandro and no one has any idea if he's even healthy enough (or ever will be) to do it.

It's my biggest fear as well. I shudder at the thought of us selling Sandro and not landing Schneiderlin for whatever reason and then Capoue going down. I feel like it'd almost be our undoing, at least against the better attacking sides.

Whilst we wont have a destroyer, I think 4 deeper players is the ideal number and I genuinely think Vejlkovic could make the step up bentaleb did. If Mason stays he will be another that could add to that 4 with Vejlkovic. Plus we have Dier and Chiriches who both played DM there for their last club

Also worth noting that Poochie played Ward Prowse as one of the 2 deeper players. I think we could see potentially Eriksen in a deeper role against the shitter teams like he did for Ajax

I would go as far as keeping Sandro even if we get MS as Im not counting with either of them to stay healthy through out the season.
