With Udogie out I do worry about Davies vs Neto. Maybe Sess gets thrown in for this one. Also not great that Porro is also missing. His passing from deep would be helpful in this type of game.

Tell you what though, we might lose some attacking thrust but I expect us to be more solid at the back.

I actually think Porro and Udogie's influence in the attack has dwindled a little bit in the last few games, so I don't think it's the worst outcome. Only standout issue as a result is Davies against Neto, but other than that I think we're still more than strong enough.

I'd be more worried about Sessegnon against Neto than Davies.

Which VDV should be able to cover on that side.

Agree mate, our other attacking options are looking really healthy though.

Definitely. Would obviously be nice to have a fully fit squad for once but to have Maddison, Sarr, Bissouma (hopefully starting) and Son all back in particular is still massive and makes us super strong.

Also, it will be damn nice to be able to call on 2 of Kuluseveki/Johnson/Werner from the bench for the attack, and Lo Celso/Bentancur for the midfield.

We're thinking differently then. I'm thinking the ENTIRE squad. We haven't had the whole squad to pick from for various reasons.
It's rare for any team to have no injuries to the entire squad though. Even start of the season it doesn't happen. Sess must have missed 4 years worth of games alone

Vicario
Emerson Romero VDV Davies
Bissouma
Sarr Madison
Kulu Richarlison Son

Subs: Austin, Dragusin, Skipp, Hojberg, Bentancur, GLC, Werner, Johnson, Gill/Scarlett

Injured: Forster, Sessegnon, Porro, Udogie, Solomon

Any decent youth players that play FB?

I think we should prefer not to use a sub after 30 seconds.

I would like to see the following:
Vicario
Emerson Romero Dragusin VdV
Bissouma
Sarr Maddison
Johnson Richie Son

Bentancur has been poor in recent games and Kulu must be shattered. If we are struggling as the game goes on, we can bring on Bentancur, Kulu, Timo etc.

I wouldn't mind seeing that, with VdV for Destiny and Dragusin in the middle.
I'd start Deki though and have Johnson to come on later.

Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison midfield for me. Bentancur hasn't quite been on it since he came back.

I think the only choice is if we go with Dragusin at CB and Micky at LB, or Davies at LB

I think Bissouma should be in for Bentancur.

Strong bench though, Lo Celso, Werner, Bentancur, Johnson, good options
