Really hope ITK is wrong here, he's Unproven, expensive, not he grown, not that young, and not even needed for our first team. He's a palace kind of signing, not a Tottenham kind of signing.
We absolutely need more creativity in the side and which he'd provide. Don't be hung up on playing positions, playing style is more important.

Zampa’s just bitter because Buttler and Ali crunched him all over the park in England’s series win yesterday lol

He really would just be the perfect Lamela replacement, his highlights remind me so much of Lamela’s Roma highlights except being right footed.

Hoping the Goat has some magic left after calling Doherty out of nowhere.

Still a no from me.

He’d suffer from Gylfi Sigurdsson syndrome here.

He’s their #1 go-to option all the time where they literally funnel their play towards him. He won’t get that much of the ball and the focus of the entire team to play to his strengths here.

I would far sooner prioritize Watkins than Benrahma if I’m buying from Brentford imo.

I don’t see point of signing him.

We have Bergwijn and Son who both prefer the left so if anything we really need someone who is a specialist right-sided attacker (although Bergwijn can also play that side) as only Moura is currently a specialist right sider.

Not to mention we have Sessegnon as a utility left sided player.

If we have wonga to spare it should be pooled into positions we are actually short on.

Short sighted slightly.

highly qualified professionals judge how his style of play fits into ours. All signings are a risk (Ndombele the perfect example), but I wouldn’t be so big todetermine what a spurs signing is!

rhe same would have been said about Mayrez (when he joined Leicester) Too.

Both him and Eze are good signings for Palace. Still feel that they were both missing that extra key passing ability that sets attacking midfielders apart from the rest.

Feels the right time for Palace to cash in. Looks like they will have a pretty nice front 3 effectively paid for with the proceeds.

Benrahma - Batshauyi - Eze

Brentford could really end up struggling this season losing two of their best players in one summer.
