Very rough guestimate using the Chelsea sale as a guide , it was reported by Sky as a £4.25 billion sale and Chelsea do not even own the freehold of their own stadium which doesn't have the future earnings potential of The Lane. In fact is there a stadium or sports arena in the UK that earns what The Lane is bringing in per customer. Can we work out how much a share is worth? I have some. Might hit the town
I'm guessing Levy would want somewhere near that figure and as he stands to get approx 25% of any sale, a sale of £4 billion would give his family trust a handy £1 billion.
There are a total of 229,043,149 shares in Spurs according to companies house papers so divide £4 billion by the share total and you get approx £17.46 per share.
All guesswork of course.
