Is ‘fanbois’ French for wood fans?
It’s English for “I’m incapable of making a valid point.”Is ‘fanbois’ French for wood fans?
He’s been trolling a few threads over the last few days. Don’t bite. It’s English for “I’m incapable of making a valid point.”
Mbappe is not coming to Spurs - no matter how much we stump up, imo.
He is going to stay at PSG, or go to the global icon - Madrid.
You guys are responding to someone who thinks we could sign Mbappe. We’re genuinely not one.
Using that as a stick to beat Levy with is possibly the weakest argument against him yet.
I’ve had them on ignore for a while after having a discussion with them in the ‘woke’ thread. It’s English for “I’m incapable of making a valid point.”
BirminghamWhere's death row in the UK? But on more serious note
The philosophy was better 10 guilty men go free than one innocent hangs....which i honestly agree with in principle
However whilst City are probably guilty of many heinous crimes, nothing i know of screams out "lets hang the bastards"
so maybe in a case like this we can afford to not worry so much about the niceties.......
On second thoughts if you are a saudi named Kashoggi.....you may have a different point of view....
Just let Big Ange use his Jedi mind trick and he'll half his wages to join. We’re genuinely not one.

Wait no longer. It is happeningIt's less than you deserve tbh.
Who remembers when Levy took back all the fans shares at a pittence and said it will allow us to buy the best players and build a stadium to compete against the best in Europe.
He spent more money making it nfl proof than thinking of us.
I'm still waiting.
Without Kane we'd be Wolves. Probably Leeds.
One trophy in 23 years. From a club that once had the record of winning the most FA Cups.
Lol. Levy fanbois. They are the worst.
Personally I'd rather have kept Kane.
Kane obviously wanted to leave and would have probably left on a free this summer anyway. I think Levy wanted him to stay but Kane didn’t want to and wouldn’t sign a new contract. I think Levy would have been delighted if he signed a new contract at the club. But Kane wanted to leave and when someone wants to leave there’s only so much you can do.
We should have achieved more with Kane and partly that’s down to Levy I think. But selling Kane last summer was reasonable and not a stick to beat Levy with imo.
You're 41, no you don't.I remember when Tottenham Hotspur got the best players.
I'm 42, we've never in my time signed any players that were considered the best in their position. The closest was Klinsmann under Sugar and he wasnt the best in the world.Tut.
Your anger/annoyance at me shows me the small time club you have been conditioned to. be by Teflons stewardship.
I remember when Tottenham Hotspur got the best players.
We should expect nothing less from a chairman that pays himself the highest salary. One that sold our best player.... Probably ever. I wasn't born to see Greaves kick a ball.
I digress.
Romero was best CB in Seria A and one of the best players in Copa America when they finally won that trophy with Messi, he is close to the best in the world. He was pretty young when we signed him though. Toby Alderweireld is another one but he wasn't really considered to be THAT great for some reason.I'm 42, we've never in my time signed any players that were considered the best in their position. The closest was Klinsmann under Sugar and he wasnt the best in the world.
We have signed players like Bale, Modric and Carrick that went on to be elite but we would never have signed them in their peak years.
I normally love all your posts but christ on a bike anyone would think we've been one of the worst run clubs in the league from this.Still too early to be back on his side.
Things are going incredibly well and we do look like we have our house in order.
But the proof will come when we need an extra push to get over the line and if this is a constant method.
Need to let a substantial amount of time pass without dabbling and Levy reacting to those who have his ear.
If he stays out and lets Lange, Munn and Ange crack on then he will start to get a bit of praise again from me.
Not speaking in particular of the poster you've responded to, but more broadly...there actually seems to be a section of the Spurs support (here and otherwise) that really do believe that we've been one of the worst run clubs in the league, despite the consistently upward trajectory, and despite 99% of other clubs and most of football in general lurching from binfire to binfire.I normally love all your posts but christ on a bike anyone would think we've been one of the worst run clubs in the league from this.
He's had a long term strategy to get us up and stay with the big boys. There have been some bumps in the road but the foundations and intent have been solid.
Mistakes will be made again but he makes more good decisions than bad but most have been vindicated with opportunity of hindsight.
Allowing Poch to move from a DoF model and getting in Mourinho and Conte to probably appease the fan base and Kane have been his biggest faux pas but they haven't been catastrophic (see Man Utd)
