This to me sums up how we do business.

Pay £15m and you get the manager the club needs.. or.. what we like to do with players and now just as frequently with managers.. try and find a freebie who’s available, maybe the 3rd or 4th choice. Find out 6months on, that he weren’t the guy we needed, and pay him a shed load of compensation to get rid and start the whole process again.

We are probably still paying for Mourinho, nuno and Contes compensation packages.

This board is so tone death and there’s zero chance of any of them going, especially now the stadium is making money and ENICS investment is growing.

we just need to hope and pray, that they get lucky in appointing someone, and preferably someone who plays attacking football.
Penny wise, pound foolish as always.

First game of the next season, I'm just looking forward to seeing if Levy's wife will be rubbing the other leg, his bald head or the same leg. It certainly won't be his cock!
Welcome to Stamford bridge where pochettinos Chelsea take on mason's spurs

why doesn't the bald dwarf just appoint himself (get a signing on fee of £5m) & then not sign any new players (but extend their contracts), fail miserably & get us relegated & then pay himself £15m to go away! At this rate, shorty can't do no wrong in his eyes anyways

Intriguingly, sources on Thursday indicated Tottenham retain a tentative interest in Julian Nagelsmann - a coach the club insisted they weren't pursuing just two weeks ago.

“Quick, tease Nagelsmann until the renewals are done!”

Lads try not to start posting snippets of information about possibly managers, how they play, their philosophy etc

even big Sam has decent philosophy in his pack somewhere, it’s all just to add further excitement about none events.

I mean even songs going around to slots name 😂

Imagine Levy thinking he’s in any position to be only tentatively interest in Nagelsmann at this point.

He’s on another planet.

After everything the contained failure and mess I was actually up for Slot. He ticks all the boxes, then to screw it up.

This club is a clown show, we are not serious, Levy is a pretender, a conman. He doesn’t deserve to be chairman of our club. He has no shame as if he did he would have already resigned.

If I was allowed to share what I've been told, I would. Slot was #1 choice and we believed/were led to believe it would happen. Then things changed. There are many possible reasons for this, most of which have been postulated in this thread, but I can't say which one is accurate. What I can share is that if either side claims there weren't conversations between club reps and Slot's reps, they are

.
Of course.

It's been bloody obvious.

All this nonsense about Slot using his position to get a better contract is a load of horseshit.

Surprised by a few of the big hitter like Jack Pitt-Brook falling for it

Ring ring. Ring ring 'christ mate, it's the special one callin'!'

'g'day special one, it's Posty. How's it going mate?'

'why the fucks that mate? Rolf's dead'.

'no Posty, Levy's coming'

'christ on a bike Jose. What do I do?'

'play dead when he turns up, hire mercenaries, or just find a load of angry wegies scared of losing you toa CT as protection. It might just work. Tell your board not to listen! Good luck'.

'righto. Cheers mate' fuck.

Its just not fun supporting the club anymore. Identity has gone. Its all empty. I never thought falling out of love with the club would be possible but it is. This isnt Tottenham Hotspur anymore. We are an entertainment company.
