So from what we have so far regarding a possible smokescreen, either Slot is a smokescreen for Nagelsmann or Amorim/Enrique is a smokescreen for Slot…? If the latter, why would that be necessary?
Nagelsmann is a stalking horse for Garath Ainsworth if im reading it correctly

I think there is certainly a way you could read it as Nagelsmann. Prof doesn’t mention Slot by name and up until now he’s mentioned him a number of times. He even mentions being vague and really the info isn’t that vague except for the name of the targets. Herc posting earlier about smokescreens and as you say Krosche at the top of the DoF list does certainly suggest JN.

But being realistic, I think it’s probably in regards to Slot. As is posted above i don’t think the gap would be that big between him and JN and all the info we have had thus far suggests things are already quite far along with him.

I still would much prefer Nagelsmann but i struggle to see it at all now tbh.

It’s 100% Slot. It’s got nothing to do with Nagelsmann. Slot has been the favourite to be appointed on there since mid March.

Why would you ask about a high pressing system? Surely you ask what sort of system the manager uses and what his plans are to get the best out of the players. You then have to decide if his methods are the direction you want to take or not.g
Generally, all the managers we’re interested in press high, and most of the teams at the top of the league do too.

Struggling to break down a low block would be huge progress. That would mean teams are having to defend deep against us because we are dominating. I’d be happy to have to figure out that issue.
Good point. I’m just pointing out that there is other options out there who can do it better

And why would we be so stupid as to do that in a way that allows any 'journalist' to find that out. I know we can actually be that fucking stupid but not that stupid, put it all together and none of it adds up.
Its just informal consultancy. You can just say its friends speaking. FIFA can’t ban that. Everyone is overthinking it.

Can’t wait until we start smashing teams every week and they call us “The Slot Machine”.
Either that or it will be because the club takes all our money and gives nothing back.

What we need on Twitter is someone asking if I’d be happy to see Slot as next Spurs Manager. It’s a question worth asking. Surprised no one has thought to.
