I don't think many will forget. Levy's back was to the wall before the window opened and even with a CB or Zaniolo I don't think it changes much. We still need to know what the plan for progression is.

A statement which only comes from those who've decided how this transfer has played out regardless of the (more recently) presented facts. By all accounts the intermediaries have been pissing around with it all, and Levy's swooped in and fixed it.

Doesn't fit the narrative very well though.

Mr P I expect better from you.

This one has been flipping every 5 minutes. Wasn't worth breaking cover on it until I was sure, because the meltdowns are just ridiculous nowadays.

I'd be alot more confident on Hincapie if they beaten off Forest to sign Felipe as a replacement but encouraged that you think it's still very much on!

This does feel like an important moment in the Levy/Conte relationship, though. It’s a move made for Conte, and I don’t think that should be overlooked. It’s a big commitment from Levy to make this very expensive move, hopefully Conte is encouraged by it and it moves the needle a bit in him staying beyond this season. Baby steps.
