I know all teams think they have the worst injury problems but seems ours have been particularly bad in the last few years and so badly timed with key players out for key fixtures. Our run after New Year's Day (minus the FA Cup tie with Portsmouth) is:

Palace (A)
Arsenal (H)
Man City (A)
Fulham (A)
Man City (H)
Leicester (A)
Milan (A)

Statistically we'd probably nick a win or two from somewhere but I'd genuinely expect us to lose pretty much every single one of these games without Bentancur in the side. He's that important.
Lose every game?
Jesus Christ

Happy New Year!!

While i will be happy to have Bentancur back.

when was the last time he played a match?

Big game to come back into after almost 6 weeks without playing.

Agree. Just over 6 weeks since he went off injured against Ghana

Will he be available in the first half?
Or just Turing up at half time like the rest of the team...

Great news that he is back. Big call on who he will play with. I know who I would pick.
