This has to happen at every home game from now on
But what does it do - really? This has to happen at every home game from now on
Is anyone really surprised? Honestly.Edmonton on COYS
I haven’t heard a number but enough snippets to know we are not spending what our former top 4 rivals are this window. I don’t think there is any Club buyers waiting at the moment so I don’t see where all this ends.
To try and turn a profit. We have no culture aimed at winning … you know trophies. Well we did once upon a time a long long time ago, now we have a bean counter.what is the point of this football team?
Jeff Bezos. He wouldn't want to own a losing team and will prob pay whatever it takes to big dick everyoneWho should take us over? Does it matter? Probably not but still...
What do we demand these new owners do? Should we run a poll so we can all be on board with what we demand? What is it we all demand? Pay highest wages in PL? Is that what it takes?

I don’t actually agree with that mate, #notogattuso stopped us hiring him.But what does it do - really?
Absolutely nothing. May help vent personal frustration but they’re not going to sell.
The income remains unaffected. So they will not care.
But unless literally no one turns up or buys anything they’ll always get enough fans turning up because the poor suckers just can’t stay away so for me the only way to get to them is to protest in huge numbers and consistently, anything other than that won’t make a shit of a difference i’m afraidI want ENIC out and have done for ages. But I don’t see how that realistically happens. They will expect a premium for it during a time of recession, so although we as fans have the right to voice our displeasure (and we certainly should make our displeasure known), in reality it makes no difference.
the ONLY way you change the situation is not going to games, not renewing your season tickets, not buying merchandise. But they know you’re not going to do that.
New players speedily delivered in cardboard boxesJeff Bezos. He wouldn't want to own a losing team and will prob pay whatever it takes to big dick everyone
naw, he wouldn't want to pay their wages so robots it is, fully automated.New players speedily delivered in cardboard boxes
Anyone know when the annual report is released? It's usually in November but hasn't come out for last season yet (first full year in the new stadium with crowds inside).
Part of me was thinking they are holding back till after the window because announcing that we've made massive profits will weaken our bargaining position. Perhaps the plan though is to show investors how big the profit generating potential can be by avoiding significant outlays on transfers whilst in the Champions League.
But remember - we need at least £147m in profit to be in the black for the last 3 seasons - any less and we are still in the red.
Yep. Thought of robot 'picking' players. New d o fnaw, he wouldn't want to pay their wages so robots it is, fully automated.
We only seem to target the league or CL.
We just need to win something.... League cup, fa cup.... Any of the European cups
The players Conte and past managers want seem to have a pick of clubs to join. We don't offer the best wages, Or a chancer at silverware.
Our transfer budget and wage structure need to dramatically increase to compete.

Protests after and during Nuno time influenced his sacking and the hiring of conte as Levy and the board could see the fans were turning on the board
Protests against owners have made a difference at Man.U, Arsenal, Liverpool etc
Also I doubt constant protests would do much good PR for Levy/ENIC, the value of the club and it could make uncle joe take note of the protests are big enough and serious enough.
We won’t know unless we try and it’s been 20 years of rinse and repeat and sucking the soul out of our great football club, we owe it to the club to speak up and try, so so many now are finally waking up and smelling the coffee when it comes to Levy meddling on the football side and leading this constant cycle of hire and fire and poor player recruitment and a mess of a plan and chopping and changing of strategy on the football side.
Enough is enough.
Yes, but not one relating to strong-arming a person into selling something below market-value when they have zero reason to, and by which there are no (legal) actions that you can take to change that or the market conditions.that could be said about many protest movements that have turned into something more tangible and effective over time
It’s better than doing nothing and remaining passive
