This was the kind of random left field link I was expecting going into the last weeks of the window if we were to sign another player.

His contract is up next summer according to Transfermarkt. Loan with option to buy sounds good in that case.
Yea that will work hahaha. Atlanta would get nothing next year he would go for free in that case. No way they would accept that

It would probably help to have another Ukrainian if we get Zabarnyi too, but him alone seems like a good signing on it's own. Him and Richarlison on the bench means plenty of goals after 60th minute.

It’s all about squad fit. How would we have developed Zaniolo into a better player (which he badly needs) if he wasn’t given much game time with Kulusevski as first choice. Get the established players in the positions you have youth and youthful players in positions you have already established players like we’ve done with Sess and Perisic. No idea how good he is but he fits the squad well

A real fox in the box lol - I think only one goal was inside the box in that compilation. Could be very handy for bus parking teams.

Obligatory video

Holy sh*t, some of the goals in this video are insane. Recoba-esque left foot. Especially with how he strikes dead balls.

EDIT: PLEASE SIGN HIM UP. HE CAN ACTUALLY SCORE FROM A FREEKICK!!!

Some of his shots look fairly similar to kulusevski ones

Thinking of the fans who never managed to master Eriksen’s name (Ericcson, Ericsen etc.) right now as well. Good luck with Malinovskyi.

Some comparisons on fbref, doesn't seem like a terrible company.

I mean imo I don’t see the point in targeting a specific skill set then a complete different one as a back up?
Conte and Paratici might see it completely different however.
Yeah I get you, but broadly we're looking at 2 attacking players that play in similar areas of the pitch.

It's a similar approach to what we did in January: Kulusevski is stylistically very different to Diaz, but they're both creative, goal-scoring wide players.

Zaniolo has a pretty unique skillset so hard to find someone just like him but Malinovskyi provides goals and creativity from a similar area of the pitch even if he isn't a dribbler like Zaniolo.

Tactically he and Richarlison both fit in the exact same way as Son and Kulusevski. You have the lively guy on the left who makes runs in behind and on the right you have a more cultured footballer. Paratici is being very precise this window.

Slightly strange link If his main position is as a number 10?

This account is followed by Fabrizio Romano and Jack Pitt Brooke FWIW. Also tweeted about Spurs fairly recently.

He likes a lot of football tweets but some of them are interesting.

There’s 3 spurs related ones in the past couple of days and some forest ones too!

Looks to me like a stop gap until we can get Zaniolo in. Roma wont sell at the moment but may be forced to Jan/next summer if he doesnt sign a new contract.
Like the Lenglet signing because we couldnt get our first choice CB in.
