As I’ve said before, we’re supposed to understand and sympathise with their position re Covid and yet conveniently forget Covid when the club are charging us the most expensive ST prices and £60 for a one off game when other clubs at least acted with a bit of humility regarding it. And all the while Lewis is sitting there in his tax haven counting his billions.
They are taking the piss out of us.
if you were a member and not a season ticket holder and everything was normal that £60 for the Villa game is what you would pay and that's just in the cheap sections. because the fans were spread here, and there it meant having more bars and food outlets which they gave the food away for free (not sure if they gave a drink with that too), it also meant having more stewards, a bigger clean up both inside and out. after the match with all the wages including the players they made a loss.
I doubt Lewis is counting his billions, his wealth is tied up in living, staff, yachts, art, and 200 companies. Yes it would be great if he chucked some our way, but like the last post I made above how much should he chuck to get success
