That's how statistics work. 1750 people, if chosen correctly, generally gives a very good indication on where people in general stand.

FIFA and Uefa are corrupt. All their "beautiful game" quotes are complete trash. Them acting like the victim and getting people to rally behind them like they're the force for good sickens me.
This reformed Champions League is a disgrace too. These clubs can still qualify even if they don't finish in a qualifying position and will get paid more money.

That was the guy who was leading the ECA and responsible for looking after the interests of 200 European clubs. And he used his position there to provide cover for his real plans all while pretending to advocate for them until the day he announced his Super League.

The problem is that Sevilla is a big name and won lots of trophies.
The problem is that there is a limit to expansion and limited money on market. Doors will close soon. But instead of accepting reality we hold to romantic stories of Zagreb.

While I agree FIFA and UEFA aren't the best we could hope for its these top super rich teams that are forcing the changes to the CL, they are assuring they get a place at the top table even if they don't deserve it. UEFA have been over a barrel regards this but now they have the top clubs spanked and sore its time they should reform all European competition and simply say like it or lump it.... I mean what are the clubs going to do, start their own league?
The CL should be for the top 1-2 teams in the leagues, the UEFA cup taken back to what it was and bring back a third tier competition with money distributed accordingly across the 3 competitions.

Premier league should not have same number of cl spots as Bundesliga or La Liga. Just fact from historical, financial or sporting perspective. So, if the new CL system came in next season for example and we finish in the European spot like Europa or Conference, it's highly likely we'd qualify for the CL through the co-efficent as we're 12th, and most of the teams above us would automatically qualify. The only one higher is Arsenal, although no guarantee they'll get any European football next year!

Need to keep the same energy for the new CL format now.
It's in no way good for football that a Club will be gifted a place in the CL just because they have a good history in the tournament.

I somewhat agree, although you can see the point of owners who are beseeched by fans to spend more on players in fees and wages each year without any certainty to what their budget will be the following year if they lose that CL money.
