Let’s be honest...it’s turgid to watch.

Our current ‘style’ is slowly sucking the joy of football from our players. We need to be a bit more ambitious.

Sucking the joy out of watching us aswell. I could barely be bothered to watch that first half.

Hard to execute plan B now when players don't really know what to do when we have possession and opponents sit deep. Whole game plan is ruined when we concede first, except maybe against teams that always attack like City.

Pretty average half. A few half chances on the break but Leicester have had the best of it.

We've looked best when Ndombele has dropped deep and connected the midfield to the front line as Hojbjerg and Sissoko just can't do it.

All our best play has come through him - we need to make him the heart of the team, not a peripheral part of it.

I don’t get this”utterly shocking” 1st half stuff you have two teams cancelling each other out trying to counter. We have been controlled and Leicester are lucky to be leading they have done fuck all. It may not be champagne attacking football but that isn’t what we do now especially against decent teams.

Not our best performance so far, but in the few games we have played like this first half, Jose has changed stuff at half time. Will hopefully see a change today too.

I cast my mind back to Fergie's United. Yeah you can lose a game but you always saw a hunger to respond. That effort in the first half was fucking pitiful.
I dont ever see that hunger in our players in all honesty. Didnt even have it chasing Leicester. We dont have the mentality.

Terrible first half, compounded by such a dumb decision. The redemption arc was going so well too!

Ach, Serge! Silly boy.

Think Lo Celso might be taken off at H/T, maybe for Lucas.

It’s the sort of game where you think “if only Bale could come on and work some of the old magic” but he may leave Aurier exposed on the right.

Unfortunately, for all his improvements and excellent attributes, this is just something that pops up in Aurier’s game from time to time. We’ve been really poor though. At the beginning of the season (bar Everton) we seemed to attack with real purpose and intensity; I haven’t really seen that since we started this run of tough fixtures against City...

I would get Bale on.

Puts us in a terrible position for the second half now, having to chase the game with Vardy ready to tear us on the counter if we do commit. It's just not what this team is built for.
