Southampton would be a great destination for Sessegnon on loan, hopefully without a purchase option
D1
Terms agreed with benfica , we need to get over the work permit issue which is not a forgone conclusion
if inter do not budge on the ten mill diff then Rudinger is the option
saints want sess in Loan
Thanks. Saints have Ryan Bertrand at left back who's not brilliant but is a solid PL player. So I'm not sure this would be that great a move for Sess if we want him to get lots of playing time at fullback.
*resists urge to post David Brent gif*
Would be typical if all was agreed for us to finally sign a striker, only for a bloody work permit to bring the whole deal crashing down.
All these sort of issues are more complicated now we have left the EU
Especially as he wasn't granted a work permit when he tried to join wolves, due to his lack of caps for Brazil apparentlyAll these sort of issues are more complicated now we have left the EU
Signing a brazilian is no different at all. Football will still have their own rules and stipulations attached but the premier league is a massive earner for the country they will try their best not to f that up. (Cover note that Brexit is dumb and I'm not a supporter.)All these sort of issues are more complicated now we have left the EU
Cannot see Chelsea dealing with us but if it did happen I’d love to see the announcement video...I love the spurs fans they’re not racist I was only joking around.D1 is saying Rudiger as back-up CB option? I know it's been mentioned in the press, but that would be a surprise.

I mean it’s not like we’re hell bent on making our own rules on immigration or anything...Yes, what with Brazil being an EU member and all that
seems weird we would go this far without making sure he would get a permit
Maybe there's a difference between getting a work permit for a loan and a permanent transfer? Because he would have to have played in 75% of international games in the last 2 years.
They played Djenepo there last week. Redmond would normally be there but he's injured for the foreseeable. Armstrong has usually played on the right but Redmond can play there too.Who have they got at LW?
