We will sign a dm in the summer so he won’t get a look in next season! He will more than likely be loaned out which is exactly what he needs and be great for his development!
Only if there's one available for nothing.

Kane, Rose, Townsend, mason all had similar loans and they all talk about how beneficial it was. Players need the experience to progress with us or others. You won’t be able to see whether the loans truly benefited Them and us till later.
He always seemed to think the most important thing was having the players adapt to his very specific way of coaching and being around the first team. I can understand this to an extent, especially when a player is young (Skipp) or new to the country (like Foyth), but after a certain point it's surely just diminishing returns. Does any player ever truly need more than about 6 months, maybe a year, of coaching and adapting to the first team squad? Beyond that, if they still aren't starting, you're surely doing them more harm than good by denying them regular game time. Was a very odd philosophy by Poch that I believe has hindered Skipp and also KWP before him.
onomah and edwards alsoWas a very odd philosophy by Poch that I believe has hindered Skipp and also KWP before him.
It is my belief that if Edwards and Onomah were good enough they would have made it to the first team squad .
The fact is the few times we saw them they were in my opinion abysmal . Someone like Tanganga if not injured would in my opinion be a starter proving if good enough you will start . A manager would be an idiot to hold back top talent but it seems the truth is we do not possess the very top class youngsters mainly because the uber rich clubs scoop up most of the top talent and the rest are left with the leftovers .
Having said that we still have hopes for Cirkin and Skipp so you can still get hold of youngsters good enough to be coached into major talent .I have also heard that Marsh will be a talent . But to start any of these youngsters over established players at this moment in the season would be reckless in the extreme .
with hardly any money money to spend think mourinho will play him

This.I think it depends on the youngster, some kids are just born old and have the mentality to play senior football at an early age.
For me, Skipp is one of these sort of players. He's always played up in age groups and never been phased or shown signs of anything but wanting to die with his boots on, a Scott Parker or Jordan Henderson type.
I don't think we have an established player who can play DM effectively and I'd rather play Skipp in a position he's excelled at than one of our experienced lot who's unsuited to the role.

some odd 5 minutes on the pitch would not give a fair and precise assessment, that's why you need to loan them out and see if how they adapt to first team football instead of letting them rot on our handsIt is my belief that if Edwards and Onomah were good enough they would have made it to the first team squad .
