I know it doesn't seem like a terrible result, but we really should have lost. I don't know what our game plan was for the 2nd half tbh. We certainly weren't set up to score, we just sat back and let them come at us again and again. Non existent midfield, yet our record signing not good enough to get in it. Kane was either injured or uninterested. Don't know where we're going really. The only plus is that we would have lost this if we'd played when we were supposed to.

Thought it wasn’t a bad performance considering all the time we’ve had off and the fact a lot of players haven’t played in months and months (kane, son), but we are desperate for a strong dm.

had to make sure we didn’t lose that game

We made utd look like a good team in the second half we got Sissoko Lloris and Bergwijn to thank for that point, Kane looked like a Sunday league player

Yes. And I don’t see it getting better as we’ll probably try and bring in ageing out of contract players, the. Mourinho will get sacked at some point next season, a new manager will come in and the squad will have got older. We could have to settle in battling for 8th for a couple of years yet as Liverpool, City, Chelsea, United, Leicester, Wolves as a minimum are going to be better than us.

I don’t understand why Mourinho has come. He won’t be given the funds to succeed so his reputation will likely fall even lower once he’s fired.

Such a sloppy, turgid performance. I’d say that the break caused it but we looked like it before then so it’s really just more of the same! Europa league next season ladies and gents ...if we’re lucky.

Completely shocked tbh but honestly it was just more of the same before the break.

Just no more excuses with injuries.

I was ready to give Mou a chance but this wont work. He sets us up way to deep. If we by any luck win a ball we arw so surprised and so far away from an attacking position its completely pointless.

And nothing works and we make 2 out of 5 substitutions. How do the bench players feel seeing this piss and judged as not good enough? But Gedson is???

I don't blame Jose for the lack of attacking subs, with Dele suspended and Lucas unfortunately suffering an injury in training yesterday, we simply didn't have any options to change the game up front. It's not Jose's fault we don't have anyone to come on for Kane when he's well off the pace.

So clearly with all players fit, Utd are a better side than us so we will need to learn a way of beating these better sides. If you ignore City and Liverpool who are miles ahead of us, Chelsea are making some excellent signings and Utd have the financial clout to really push on so, therefore we need to make the best of what we have.

Again I thought Lo Celso looked really good, Bergwijn continues to show his class and with Kane and Son we have two excellent players.

We need Ndombele to show his undoubted ability and it would be great if Dele got back to his goal scoring best. I thought Sissoko played well in doing what he can with his limited ability (not being horrible to the guy) and I though Davies had a terrific game.

Let’s push on and beat the dirty West Ham bastards on Tuesday! Come on you Spurs!

Considering we’ve not played for fucking ages, I thought we actually played well in parts of that game. Just a shame we had the match refereed by a fucking brain dead fridge.
